Pyeloplasty in children with low differential renal function: Functional recoverability

Pyeloplasty offers favorable outcomes for children with ureteropelvic junction obstruction (UPJO) and low differential renal function (DRF) ≤20%. Postoperative improvement in hydronephrosis on renal ultrasound indicates successful surgical intervention.

Background:
