Summary

A patient experienced a ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction after an unsuccessful left internal mammary artery (LIMA) to left anterior descending percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). The LIMA later showed complete recanalization, highlighting its remarkable self-repair capabilities.
