Summary
Diving ranula, a rare salivary gland cyst, can present as a challenging neck mass in children. Surgical removal of the ranula along with associated salivary glands is recommended to prevent recurrence.

- Complete surgical excision, including associated salivary glands, is crucial for minimizing recurrence rates of diving ranula.
