Abstract:
A 37-year-old woman complained of fatigue and dizziness for 4 days. Bone marrow biopsy findings were suggestive of digestive tract-derived metastases. 18F-FDG PET/CT revealed mild FDG avidity in the stomach and bone marrow, whereas 68Ga-FAPI-04 PET/CT showed strong FAPI uptake in the FDG-avid lesions. The patient was diagnosed with bone marrow metastases from gastric cancer by a bone marrow biopsy.
