Prophylactic permanent pacemaker strategy in patients with right bundle branch block undergoing transcatheter aortic

A selective prophylactic permanent pacemaker (PPx-PPM) strategy in transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) patients with right bundle branch block (RBBB) reduces procedure time and hospital stay. This approach also prevents early cardiac rehospitalization.
