[Tumorous nodular growths in acute lymphoblastic leukemia in children]

Two observations of the nodular tumor-like growth in the non-haemopoietic organs in childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia are presented. In both cases the extramedullary tumours in the uterus, ovaries and ureter were manifestations of the relapse after many-year remissions, and needed surgical intervention. Such pattern of childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia is the manifestation of therapeutic pathomorphosis of the disease after the antitumour treatment.
