Summary

Disease modifying therapies like anti-CD20 monoclonal antibodies and fingolimod can reduce the immune response to severe acute respiratory syndrome-coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) vaccines in multiple sclerosis (MS) patients. Further research into T-cell immunity is ongoing.
