Postoperative Radiologic Assessment and Long-Term Clinical Results of Tegmen Mastoideum Defects

Tegmen defects, often caused by cholesteatoma or iatrogenic trauma, were successfully managed with surgical repair. Postoperative imaging showed significant reduction in defect size, indicating effective intervention for these mastoidectomy complications.
