This case report details a rare instance of primary bladder alveolar soft part sarcoma (ASPS) in a 32-year-old woman. The patient achieved a 10-year disease-free survival after transurethral resection, highlighting successful management of this uncommon tumor.

  • A decade of follow-up showed no recurrence or metastasis post-surgery.
