Accuracy of Magnetic Resonance Imaging for Identifying Ovarian Cancer in a Community-Based Setting

Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) for adnexal masses in community settings showed limited accuracy. An MRI favoring malignancy was more often benign, missing many true cancer cases, indicating current limitations in differentiating mass types.
