Peripheral Ossifying Fibroma Evolved From Pyogenic Granuloma

This case study shows a rare evolution of pyogenic granuloma into a peripheral ossifying fibroma in a 50-year-old woman. Surgical excision and follow-up confirmed successful treatment without recurrence.
