Sterile eosinophilic pustulosis (SEP) is a rare skin condition, with only five European cases reported. This study details a Greek male patient exhibiting typical SEP symptoms and immunological findings, responding well to indomethacin treatment.

Background:

Sterile eosinophilic pustulosis (SEP), also known as eosinophilic pustular folliculitis, is a rare inflammatory skin condition.
Most reported cases are of Japanese ethnicity, with European cases being exceptionally infrequent.

A 46-year-old Greek male presented with recurrent, itchy papulopustules on erythematous patches affecting extremities, face, and trunk.
