[Immunofluorescence in the serodiagnosis of human hydatidosis]

Of the serological methods for the diagnosis of hydatid cyst immuno-fluorescent technique using frozen section of the scolex as antigen has given encouraging results. In the present study examination of 85 sera corresponding to hydatidose patients by this méthod, has shown that 94% of the cases can be detected with this high sensitivity technique. And this method can be considered as one of the best serological methods for the diagnostic of Echinococcosis.
