Maxillary sinus pneumatization can hinder dental implant placement. This case report shows indirect sinus augmentation using Densah™ burs successfully enabled implant placement in a patient with inadequate bone height.

- Following root stump extraction and a six-month healing period, an indirect sinus augmentation was performed using Densah™ burs.
- A 5 mm x 8 mm implant was subsequently placed, demonstrating successful osseointegration at the three-month follow-up.
Implications:
- The Densah™ bur-assisted indirect sinus lift is presented as an effective technique for managing pneumatized maxillary sinuses with insufficient residual bone height.
- This approach offers a viable solution for complex implant cases, enhancing treatment predictability and success rates.
