Playing games can improve physical performance in children with autism

Two physical activity programs, "I can have physical literacy" (ICPL) and SPARK, significantly improved motor skills in children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The ICPL program showed particular effectiveness, addressing ASD characteristics to enhance motor development.
