Does Conventional Open TLIF cause more Muscle Injury when Compared to Minimally Invasive TLIF?-A Prospective Single

Minimally invasive spine surgery (MIS-TLIF) resulted in less multifidus muscle loss than conventional open surgery (CO-TLIF). Muscle reduction was also greater in females and on the side of cage insertion, with a slight correlation with age.
