Summary

Early detection of nonfunctioning pituitary adenoma (NFPA) is possible by assessing retinal microcirculation. Radial peripapillary capillary (RPC) vessel density in the inferior temporal sector shows promise for diagnosing NFPA before visual field defects occur.
