Purpose of the Study:

  • To replicate validity cutoffs for the BNT-15.
  • To introduce a clinical classification system for the BNT-15.

  • Collected data from 43 university students and 46 clinical patients.
  • Computed classification accuracy against psychometrically defined criterion groups.

Conclusions:

  • The BNT-15 is a useful, cost-effective screening tool for object-naming, English proficiency, and performance validity due to its brevity and ease of use.
  • Proposed clinical classification ranges offer practical guidelines for practitioners.
