Background:

Penile neoplasms are rare, with multiple schwannomas being exceptionally uncommon.
Schwannomas are benign nerve sheath tumors, typically presenting as solitary lesions.

Observation:

A 37-year-old male presented with multiple, long-standing schwannomas on the left penis.
Lesions showed minimal enlargement during erection and were associated with mild pain.
Ultrasonography identified multiple subcutaneous, heterogeneous, hypoechoic penile masses.

Findings:

Surgical excision of the penile masses was performed.
Pathology and immunohistochemistry confirmed the diagnosis of schwannoma.
The largest mass measured approximately 1.9 x 0.9 cm.
