[Cutaneous extramedullary hematopoiesis in myelofibrosis]
Abstract:
A 62-year-old woman with myelofibrosis developed bluish infiltrations on the trunk. Histologically, the lesions showed extramedullary hematopoiesis consisting of myeloid, erythroid, and megakaryocytic elements.
