Summary of clinical data on antitumor antibiotics in Japan

In breast cancer, mitomycin C may be a useful drug as an adjuvent to surgery and radiotherapy. The results indicate how difficult it is to obtain statistically significant results and that new ideas are necessary to advance the chemotherapy on solid tumors.
