[The selection of a concept of occlusion]

The choice of a functionally and morphologically faultless concept of occlusion is of primary importance in crown and bridge prosthodontics. Generally speaking we can choose between two concepts:--the concept of harmonious occlusion--the gnathological concept of organic occlusion. A case study was used to illustrate in depth the range of application of these two concepts.
