Abstract:
Treatment of migraine attacks and prophylactic treatment of migraine are discussed under the four headings: patient selection, trial design, evaluation of results and statistics. Furthermore, based on a previous multicenter prophylactic trial, crossover design was found four times more powerful than group comparison.
