Selective angioembolization as a management strategy for angiomyolipoma causing urinary tract obstruction

Selective angioembolization successfully treated a rare case of obstructing angiomyolipoma (AML), resolving urinary tract obstruction. This minimally invasive approach offers a new option for managing symptomatic renal AML.
