On-chip mid-IR octave-tunable Raman soliton laser
We demonstrate a novel suspended chalcogenide glass waveguide for mid-infrared (mid-IR) Raman soliton generation. This device enables octave-spanning, continuously tunable on-chip laser sources for sensing and spectroscopy applications.
