Isolated Nail Pigmentation Induced by Minocycline: A Case Report

Minocycline therapy can rarely cause isolated nail discoloration, sometimes appearing before other pigment changes. Clinicians should monitor for this side effect and stop treatment if noticed, as pigmentation can be permanent.
