Conservative management is effective for early Post-traumatic Cerebrospinal Fluid Rhinorrhoea (PCSFR), particularly in the third decade of life. Road traffic accidents are the leading cause of PCSFR in this study population.

- Conservative treatment succeeded in 52% of patients, notably in the third decade (50%) and RTA patients (54.83%).

- PCSFR is prevalent in middle-aged males, with RTA as the primary cause.
- Conservative management is effective for the majority of PCSFR patients.
- Optimal response to conservative PCSFR management observed in the third decade of life.
