Morphologic Stages of Rhegmatogenous Retinal Detachment Assessed Using Swept-Source OCT

A new staging system using swept-source OCT (SS-OCT) effectively describes changes in rhegmatogenous retinal detachment (RRD). Higher stages of RRD correlate with longer fovea-off duration and poorer postoperative visual acuity (VA).
