New-Onset Guttate Psoriasis: A Long-Term Follow-Up Study

Guttate psoriasis (GP) often persists long-term, with nearly half of patients experiencing active disease after several years. Male sex, multiple flares, and developing psoriasis vulgaris are linked to persistent guttate psoriasis.
