Summary

Positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) incidentally revealed delayed pulmonary perfusion in a chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH) patient. This suggests a new imaging approach for assessing pulmonary perfusion and collateralization in CTEPH.
