The Use of Janus Kinase Inhibitors for Lichen Planus: An Evidence-Based Review

Janus Kinase (JAK) inhibitors show varied efficacy in treating Lichen Planus (LP). Upadacitinib demonstrated 100% complete resolution, while tofacitinib and baricitinib showed significant partial resolution rates in LP patients.
