Effect of Localized Vibration Massage on Popliteal Blood Flow

Localized vibrations from massage guns significantly increase blood flow (BF) in the popliteal artery. Frequencies of 38 Hz and 47 Hz show the most promising results for enhancing muscle recovery through improved BF.
