New conduction disorders after Intuity™ Elite valve replacement often resolve by medium-term follow-up. While left bundle branch block (LBBB) incidence decreases, it remains elevated, with stable atrioventricular block III rates.

- To evaluate the resolution rates of left bundle branch block (LBBB) and right bundle branch block (RBBB) at follow-up.

- Follow-up of 87 patients who received the Intuity™ Elite prosthesis and had conduction disorders at discharge.
- ECG recordings at least 1 year post-surgery to assess the persistence of new conduction disorders.

- At discharge, 48.1% of patients developed new conduction disorders, with LBBB in 36.5%.
- By medium-term follow-up (526 days), 44% of new LBBB and 50% of new RBBB resolved.
