Atopic Dermatitis and Ulcerative Colitis Successfully Treated with Upadacitinib

Upadacitinib effectively treated a patient with both ulcerative colitis and atopic dermatitis. A low dose achieved remission in both Th1 and Th2 immune-mediated diseases without serious side effects.
