Orthopaedic Surgery Residency: Perspective of Applicants and Program Directors on Medical Student Virtual Experiences

Virtual experiences supplemented orthopaedic residency applications during the pandemic, offering insights into program culture. However, they are not a substitute for in-person rotations.
