Background:

Men's health care is a complex concept with various influencing factors.
Understanding its attributes is crucial for effective healthcare delivery.

Approach:

A concept analysis using the Walker and Avant Model was performed.
An integrative review of 26 manuscripts (May-July 2020) informed the analysis.

Key Points:

The concept encompasses 240 attributes, 14 categories, 82 antecedents, and 159 consequents.
Dimensions include intrapersonal, psychological, behavioral, interpersonal, organizational, structural, ecological, ethnoracial, cross-cultural, and transpersonal factors.

Conclusions:

Men's health care is defined by male-specific considerations in recognizing healthcare needs and daily practices.
This analysis highlights the lived experiences and unique aspects of men's engagement with healthcare.
