Lung function after SARS-CoV-2 infection: A prospective cohort study in children

Pediatric lung function remains normal after SARS-CoV-2 infection, even in symptomatic cases. Spirometry tests showed no long-term impairment in children following COVID-19, regardless of initial symptoms.
