    Purpose of the Study:

    • To describe critical thinking disposition in newly graduated nurses.
    • To identify factors influencing the development of critical thinking skills.

    Main Methods:

    • Cross-sectional research design was utilized.
    • Data were collected to assess critical thinking disposition.

    Main Results:

    • The overall mean critical thinking score was 244.11 (SD = 44.70).
    • Inquisitiveness subscale scores were highest, while systematicity, truth seeking, and self-confidence subscales were lowest.
