[Bone lipoma in children. Apropos of a case]

Intra-osseous lipoma is rare in children. We report a case of the distal ulna which appeared in the beginning as an osteochondroma and later on as a chondroma. Resection of the distal end of the ulna was performed and the diagnosis of lipoma could be established. Six similar cases in the literature have been collected in children.
