Abstract:
Competency based medical education (CBME) was introduced by National medical Commission (NMC) to improve the medical education to global standards. Lot of infrastructural and curricular reforms have been introduced. This article describes the 6 months experience, challenges and road ahead of CBME curriculum by otolaryngology faculties in a deemed to be university of South India.
