Abstract:
A 3-year and 5-month old boy presented with the chief complaint of painless swelling in the scrotum, which had been noticed since birth. Under the diagnosis of intrascrotal tumor, an operation was performed. As the testis and epididymis were intact, the tumor was removed. The pathological diagnosis of the resected tumor was a well-encapsulated benign lipoma.
