Abstract:
We report cardiac 18 F-FAPI PET/CT findings in 3 cases with myocarditis of varying duration (7 hours, 1 week, and 1 month). Myocarditis with varying symptom durations showed different 18 F-FAPI uptake, suggesting that the 18 F-FAPI PET/CT may be helpful in evaluating the extent of fibrosis caused by myocarditis. This information may assist in treatment decision-making for patients with myocarditis.
