Summary

High CD8 T-cell infiltration in oral cancer predicts lymph node metastasis. This finding suggests CD8+ tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) are a reliable prognostic marker for cervical nodal involvement in lip and oral squamous cell carcinoma.
