Trans-Cell Technique through Mesh of Pipeline Embolization Device: A Case Report

This case study demonstrates successful coil embolization of a ruptured aneurysm via a Pipeline Embolization Device (PED) mesh using a trans-cell technique. This endovascular approach effectively treated a direct carotid cavernous fistula (dCCF) and resolved neurological symptoms.
