Nodular Sarcoid Myositis Treated With Hydroxychloroquine Monotherapy.

Sarcoid myositis, a rare muscle inflammation, can be effectively treated with hydroxychloroquine alone. This antimalarial offers a steroid-sparing option for muscular sarcoidosis and other non-acute manifestations.
