Pectobacterium jejuense sp. nov. Isolated from Cucumber Stem Tissue

A novel Pectobacterium strain, 13-115T, was isolated from diseased cucumber plants. Molecular and phenotypic analyses confirm it represents a new species, Pectobacterium jejuense, causing soft rot.
