Initial multicenter experience using a novel articulating through-the-scope traction device for endoscopic submucosal

A new articulating through-the-scope traction device significantly improved endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) outcomes. This novel device demonstrated high en-bloc, R0, and curative resection rates with an excellent safety profile in a multicenter study.

- The articulating TTS traction device shows high efficacy and an excellent safety profile for ESD.
- This device may reduce the technical difficulty of ESD by providing dynamic, real-time traction.
- Further research is needed to evaluate cost-effectiveness and compare with other traction methods.
