A 4-Week Pecan-Enriched Diet Improves Postprandial Lipid Peroxidation in Aging Adults

Daily pecan consumption in healthy older adults showed no significant changes in antioxidant status or glucose levels. However, pecans helped reduce postmeal oxidative stress after a four-week intervention, suggesting a protective effect against this type of stress.
