Abstract:
We reviewed 41 patients who were evaluated for the urethral syndrome. Evaluation included urinalysis, cystoscopy and the measurement of the R-R interval on ECG in all cases. The coefficient variation of R-R interval in urethral syndrome was significantly lower (p less than 0.001) than that of the healthy individuals. Treatment by mecobalamin showed that 4 of the 6 patients benefitted considerably.
