Morphological characteristics of brain aneurysms among age groups

Brain aneurysm rupture risk varies by age. Younger patients have smaller, often MCA/ACOM located aneurysms, while older patients have larger, more irregular aneurysms, frequently in the PCOM/ACOM. Irregularity increases rupture risk across all ages.
